1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing girigo.app or using the Girigo App on Google Play, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

2. Description of Service

Girigo provides a wish-recording experience — a website at girigo.app and a mobile app on Google Play. The /online demo is a browser-based simulation. The Google Play app lets you record and store personal wishes locally on your device.

This site is an unofficial fan tribute to the fictional Girigo app from the Netflix series If Wishes Could Kill. We are not affiliated with Netflix, the production company, or any related rights holders.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the website or app.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content.

4. Intellectual Property

The Girigo name, logo, pixel art, and original website content are the property of Girigo. The Netflix series If Wishes Could Kill and all related marks are property of their respective rights holders. Nothing on this site grants you a licence to use those marks.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Girigo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
